Since this page was posted in 2001, a lot has happened; from the beginning this was a very modest website with almost the dullest possible lay-out, created in HTML and uploaded with a common FTP program to the server. How prehistoric this now all seems. In order to get myself a new lay-out and an easier way to add more content without having to hassle with code too much, I switched to a free blogging service and copied all content there.
