Tarif for Renting 2009

For 2 to 5 persons

High Season (July – August) / 315 Euros per week.

School Holidays – May – June - Sept 265 Euros per week.

Low Season 205 Euros per week*

For each additional person during the season from 25 to 35 Euros per week.

Expenses : 2O Euros not regarding length of stay / gaz included in the rent.

30% on reservation, the balance 50 days before the date of arrival.
Attention! The balance must be forwarded during the week following the reception of the rental agreement.

150 Euros Caution Money (in cash) are required on arrival and reimbursed 8 DAYS after departure, depending on the condition of the property and the consumation of electiricty and water (according to the meter reading and the charges of the service providers)

Bed linen not included / rent of bed-linen and house cleaning available for additional fee.

Animals: following a number of problems incurred this Summer, animals are no longer accepted except for with payment an additional fee.
