The official Citroën list of sm production in the Citroën (Paris) factory and the Ligier (Abrest) factory which took over production from the Paris factory in 1974. The latest news is that these figures may not be correct. During a recent visit to the Ligier factory organized by the SM club of Holland one of the directors of Ligier revealed to a stunned audience that Ligier did not build 135 cars, but more than 8000 (all the export versions of the SM - USA, Italy,...)!
