This
section of the site contains links to sites I personally like.
So I'm not going to try to create a long list of all miniature manufacturer
sites. No, the links that you see here are chosen by me, for the simple
reason I like that manufacturer or artist.
If
you want to trade links: mail me at corvus@advalvas.be.
Here's my banner:

I
have divided the links in a few categories:
- general
miniatures contains links to sites that have a gallery, forum,
articles,... so anything miniatures in general
- painters
contains links to sites like mine, enthusiasts that have set up their
own web site with a gallery, bio and sometimes information on their
painting service
- the
manufacturers section contains links
to sites of miniature manufacturers I like
- gaming
related websites provide you with information on specific games: tactics,
army lists, etc
- other...
well, anything else fits in this category :)
general
miniatures

This
site has had a big impact on my painting... I not only learned new techniques
because of the articles on the site, but it also introduced me to the
online miniature painting community. Basically this site offers you
the opportunity to upload pictures of your painted miniatures and let
other people vote for them (my
gallery can be found here for example). This site has much more
to offer however: articles, painting competitions,... I'm also a regular
on their forums. My ranking on the site is .

Electric
Ocean is rapidly becoming one of the most important miniature sites
on the net, with loads of news and a handy calendar.

A French site that has a lot to offer for the miniature painting enthusiast.
They have a very good collection of articles on painting, sculpting
and scenery.
Terragenenisis
A very good source of information if you're into creating scenery for
your wargames.
painters

This
is the homepage of one of my favorite painters: Jenova from Denmark.
She paints all kinds of minis, but is specialized in female figures.
In my opinion her I-Kore paintjobs are the best out there.

This
site is maintained by Jarret Lee, a guy from Canada who has won multiple
Golden Demon awards. Recently he started working on some Confrontation
minis, which I like a lot!

A
very talented group of painters from Europe, they are also very good
at conversion work. The site looks great and has very much to offer.

Take a look at Sascha's prize winning paintjobs and conversions. This
is one of the best (if not THE best) painters from Europe.

A
great painter from Poland.

This
site from the German painter Dirk Stiller contains some fantastic galleries.

This
site is run by Zaphod and contains a lot of information on different
subjects. You definitely have got to check out his "Crappy mini
or not" gallery, it's hilarious!

Good
looking site, and even better minis! Be sure to check out the gallery
of Reaper figs!

Very
distinct collection of miniatures. The Tau army shown there has a great
colorscheme.

Specializing
in RPG characters (Reaper) and a cheap painting service for large armies.
Verzani
Productions
The homepage of Matt Verzani, an amazing painter with a very characteristic
technique which I like a lot.
Fantasy
Miniatures
Holger Schmidt's homepage, one of the top painters from Germany.
The
Chamber of Miniatures
This site contains one of the biggest lists of mini-related links.
Chrispy's
Crib
The homepage of Christopher "Chrispy" Swan, a friend from
the CoolMiniOrNot forums. His site contains a gallery, bio and some
very decent articles.
Lord
Aldades' Temple
Tomsche
Murrath's homepage, a very entusiastic wargamer from Antwerp.
manufacturers
Rackham
Currently this French company has only one game: Confrontation, but
they are planning a sci-fi game for 2004. In my opinion their miniatures
are the best around, very detailed and dynamic. The game itself is great,
but the miniatures are also very wanted among painters and collectors.
Games
Workshop
This company is the most famous war-games producer around. They have
a wide range of games and tens of armies to collect.
Reaper
Also very good miniatures here, and the site contains a lot of extra
information.
I-Kore
Haven't painted one of these yet, but I really like their Celtos miniature
line.
Dark
Sword Miniatures
This is a new miniature company that produce boxed sets based on Larry
Elmore's fantasy artwork.
games
Rackscan.net
A site on Rackham's game Confrontation and some exclusive previews of
things to come.
other

The homepage of Tom, a friend I met during my computer science studies
in Antwerp. His site contains his brilliant fantasy artwork, and some
information on Advanced Hero Quest. And oh yea, he's a mini painter
as well :)
The
Age Of Apocalypse
The homepage of another friend: Wouter. His site concentrates on TV
shows, movies and games.
AlSof.be
The website of a colleague of mine, Alain, and his girlfriend Sofia.
The page is all about their hobby: horse riding and horses. There's
also an interesting collection of links and some information about computer
science. Dutch only!
