Founded in 1986
in Wisconsin, MORBID SAINT is a rather unknown thrash metal band. Even
if the band is often credited as having released 2 albums (the other
being "Lock up your children"), both feature the same tracks. This
album was produced by DEATH manager Eric Greif and MORBID SAINT often
opened for the mighty Chuck Shuldiner band ! This album proposes us
fast and typical thrash metal of the end of the
80's. The
riffs are rather well done and sharp. Let's point out the great Pat Lind vocals : aggressive and terribly
raw ! The way it should be ! This album is really a ferocious and
intense
piece of thrash metal. The energy this album radiates is its biggest
quality and has no cause to be envious of anyone !
To conclude I would say... what would I say ? Don't know... maybe
"THRASH WILL NEVER DIE" !!!
