''The Sorcerer's Apprentice'' was originally meant to be released as a short film. But, when conductor Leopold Stokowski convinced Walt that they could create an entire film of animated musical segments, Fantasia was born. Here, Sorcerer Mickey works his magic as the brooms go marching down the stairs leading to the seven mini snowglobes below. Icons from each segment of Fantasia 2000 fill the water-drop mini snowglobes, creating a fitting collectible tribute to these magical animated musical masterpieces. Pearlescent glaze creates a pewter-like finish.
In the first version, the 7 mini snowglobes were ROUND - NOT teardrop shaped.

This snowdome reproduce the scene of Fantasia Pastoral with five mini-globes.
Dressed as the Sorcerer's Apprentice , Mickey watches on as Hyacinth Hippo dances round and round, inside the Gazebo. Even the bucket brigade is right behind him.
The three mushrooms and the Blue Unicorn are on te base
Zeus, Pegaso and the little cupids are on top of the gazebo.
