And many children contracted cancers and died from it. Such ignoble war ammunitions are poisonned and vorbidden by the laws of the war. However the fragments of these criminal ammunitions exist in big quantities around the very vast targets aimed by planes. Listening his courage and his conscioussness, as well as his doctor’s oath, the German doctor GÜNTHER returned in Germany to inform about it the authorities of his German government with radioactive pieces of ammunitions, as irrefutable proofs. Bad by he set it ! He was arrested and put in jail in the secret, with as deceptive motive “ traffic of radioactive materials “.
In prison he only found WC paper to write on it and contact his relations outside ... Here is current “democratic” secret Germany in our center of Europe ... which claims to respect the relative international dispositions “ in the rights of the Man” in the world.

The doctor Siegwart.-H. GÜNTHER warned to me of these facts. And I wrote to his mayor (city of D-25826 ST. PETER-ORDING, Deutschland) on the 15 of month July, 2002, to indicate him the very grave violations to the rights of the MAN committed in his common in detriment of one of his fellow countrymen.
The doctor Günther who is now 77 years old is very sick and illegally without ressources. I have still received no answer of its mayor on this day Augustus 25, 2002.
So, I WARN ALL MY FRIENDS of NET, know or unknow, or stranger, to inform them about this grave INFRIGEMENT of HUMAN RIGHTS in the municipality of D-25826 ST PETER-ORDING, Deutschland, in current Europe. I ask to you all to react with energy according to your means and your relations, important or less important, and to show that you refuse that one kills the rights of the man to whoever, because we are in democracy and require that each of us is protected according to these rights, these imprescribles rights.
