Suforutsendo Zensoukyoku
[Sforzando Overture]
A worried Queen Horn predicts unfathomable despair... and that their only salvation will come in the form of 5 'hopes'. The five hopes are currently dangling off a cliff. Surviving somehow, Flute begins to wonder what Sforzando is like...and Trom offers bitter praise. Despite Hamel's objections, Trom and Flute head off to bathe in a hot spring; Flute looks remarkably pretty with her hair down, and the heat brings out something odd: a birthmark in the shape of a cross. Meanwhile, Drum prepares his army for travel, and Sizer flies off in search of Pandora's box. Guitar accompanies Drum; his mission, Bass says, is to find the 'key'. This must be done before Chestra awakens. Discussion of the attacks causes Lute to mumble 'Sforzando' and Bass briefly panics...back at the camp, everyone sleeps as Trom informs Oboe that Flute is the long lost Princess of Sforzando. {EIR}

Suforutsendo Koushinkyoku
[Sforzando March]
The staggeringly massive fortress town Sforzando is in view. A passing peddler informs them that Sforzando is now a closed city; and will not allow strangers in. Fortunately, Hamel has an idea. Dressing himself up as a foppish noblemen, Raiel up as a woman, Trom as bamboo, and Flute as an ostrich (with Oboe as the head) that he proceeds to ride into town on...This works, for someone unknown reason, but Flute slaps him once safely inside, telling him she hates him. A passing mook attacks before the argument gets too far, and Hamel saves Flute once again, getting badly beaten as he does...and the monster is destroyed by a fireball from Clari, and his Magic Corp, who proceed to arrest the party. {EIR}

Oujo Furuuto
[Princess Flute]
In a cart, being hauled to the castle, Hamel begins to fear that he will be thrown out of the city without being able to repair his violin. Fearing the worst, he comes up with a desperate plan: distract their captors by flashing Flute's panties at them. He soon realizes a major flaw in the plan: the cultured, bishonen Clari is clearly a 'homo'. Thus, he makes Raiel into Raiko and is most upset with Clari merely sets Raiko on fire. Hauling them into the audience chamber, Trom demands special treatment by virtue of being a prince. Clari proceeds to deliver the single most insulting speech I've ever read; and the others have to hold Trom back while dodging wild swings of his sword. Clari nearly burns Oboe as well, before Queen Horn arrives to fill the room with sweetness and loving, to heal Hamel's wound with her magic, and to pronounce Flute her daughter. Meanwhile, Drum has learned of Hamel's presence in Sforzando, and declares this is 'chance'. Back in the audience chamber, Flute shoves Horn away from her, and runs from the room... {EIR}

Oujo Furuuto sono 2
[Princess Flute Part 2]
Flute is in her room, crying, and has been for two days. Only one thing can bring her out: Hamel makes Raiel, Oboe, and Trom dress up as go-go dancers and holds a noisy party. When Flute peeps out, he proceeds to launch grenades in her general direction...she once again becomes furious with him, and runs out onto the patio, followed by Trom. There, Percuss, steward to the royal family, proceeds to blackmail her: In exchange for the information on where Hamel can get his Violin repaired, the two will agree to a permanant seperation, since Hamel is not worthy of the company of a Princess. Hamel and Raiel leave to find the repairman. Clari approaches with the 'Mirror of Truth', but before he has a chance to show Flute what happened 15 years ago, Drum attacks... {EIR}
