This is a manga that's very hard to describe, but it's a comedy and the basic premise has to do with a bumbling, trouble-making baby angel. It is NOT Rugrats though. Think of a mix between, uh, Crayon Shin-chan and Kodomo no Omocha. It was translated into anime form and is supposedly very good. (I hear the opening song of the anime rocks) {JOB}
