Cursed sword-fighting hero in medievalesque background, running berserk from time to time. Hyper-violent series. The hero, called Gatts, has a sword longer than a man's height. He has been scarred, has lost an eye and an arm and seeks revenge. After the introduction the series flashes back to Gatts' past.

Berserk is serialized in Young Animal, collected on Jets. It started in the monthly Animal House, but around vol 3, moved to Young Animal and became biweekly.
