Katsu Kaizou is a gullible/paranoid 17 year highschool student, believer in almost every X-file that exists. He sees alien conspiracies all over the world. We follow his life and that of his equally weird friends. This is a very entertaining and charming comedy, containing occasionally gross humor, but very funny nevertheless. The story is not plot-driven, all chapters are self-contained stories. Very nice artwork.
