How to completely disassemble your T630
Why ?
- to clean it up
- to dry it, if it felt into water or rained on it
- to change your cover
- to be curious
- ....
This is how to proceed:
1) Lets start with the easy things, open the back of your phone, remove the battery and sim card....
2) Remove the rubber next to the camera, and use a screwdriver to push
the upper cover away.
This cover is just clipsed, the two clips are on both sides of the camera the
easyiest to remove it, is to pull it up and push it on the left side, use your
thumb or other had as a lever....
(this was the hardest part of the job...)
3) Without both back covers the phone looks like this... remove the green antenna by pushing it upwards, be carefull it you break this part you might lose network reception quality.... the antenna is fixed with 2 clips, one on each site of the camera, you can see the one on the left, just insert gentely a horizontal screwdriver between antenna and the white cover then gentely push it towards the top of your phone, then do the same at the other side, repeat the action untill the antenna is removed....
Your mobile should look like this now..
4) To remove the front cover, you have to remove the 4 screws, when
this is done, the cover is still fixed with clips. To remove it, pull gently
the upper part of it then pull the middle part on one side of the mobile, the
cover will detach on that side, then you'll de able to detach it completely....
The keys from the keyboard aren't attached at all, so you can remove them easly....
IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE YOUR COVER TO PUT A T-610 OR A NEW COVER STOP HERE AND REPLACE IT WITH YOUR NEW COVERS.
5) To remove the screen and the keyboard chip you'll have to lift up your screen which is attached via 2 clips on each side of the lower part of it then remove the plastic adhesive which is on the plugs...
6) You'll see that the keyboard and the screen are both attatched on
little white socket, on the lower part of the screen socket you've got a little
bar which you can lift in order to remove the screen from the connector.
do the same job for the keyboard but the bar you have to lift is on the upperside.
Here you see the keyboard totally disconnected....
7) Last thing you can remove is the little iron covers above the chips,
to remove them put your screwdriver right under the little dots you see on the
side of these covers and pull them up.
S ome of these iron covers are placed in such a position that you can only pull
on one side of them but this is no problem is you do it gently you can remove
all of them...

Just a last tip watch out for the camera this is the most fragile part to put it back,
You shouldn't place the camera like this, even if you see if fits....
You have to fully insert the camera into the socket like this...
It would have been a pleasure for me to show you how to put everything back on but my photo camera felt out of battery, but i don't think it's very difficult just look at the pictures from the bottom to the top....
