| We are trying to keep these lists as up-to-date as possible. If you find out about addresses that are not valid anymore, or you know about people listed who stopped collecting, please tell us. |
| Once a year we sent an email to every person who subscribed him/her-selve. If the email returns undeliverable, the email entry is deleted from the database. If in addition there is no postal address, the person itself is deleted from the list. |
