If you are looking for a fairly complete list of accordeon-like instrument builders, I would like to guide you to Mauro Ravera's list of accordeon makers. He has done a splendid job on gathering the addresses of many builders.
The addresses following are mainly intended for people in Belgium who don't have much links with the folk scene and are on their own in their search for an instrument.
