A.M.

Still, a few days before the start of France 98, he became the proud father of twin boys. One of them had to undergo heart surgery though, and has been seriously ill in hospital for a long time.
As one of the BBC's representatives at the World Cup, he showed up for Scotland's opening match against Brazil, with a new look. Flashy bleached hair, though didn't stay very long, as a few days later Ally let it cut off. it was pretty nice though.
In the summer, Ally signed a one-year deal with Kilmarnock, and proved that he's still got the skills, scoring a hat-trick against Hearts, and with that he gained back his place in the Tartan Army. he was in the papers everywhere, with headlines like "Ally comes out fighting", "First goal of the rest of his life" and "Ally as sharp as ever". It was brilliant.
On 28th of February this year he was GOTCHA'd in Noels House party. He was told to help recording the new Kilmarnock-song, and they set him up to do a duet with Boris Jeltsin's niece!

He really hated it and didn't want to sing at all. He even looked annoyed when he was forced to sing a few tone-ladders to warm up his voice. Of course he could laught at it in the end...
Some people say Ally's too old, but all people who know a little bit about soccer should see that he still plays better than some pro's at 25 do. And that's not only my opnion! Armies of Scottish soccer fans and fans around the whole world share it with me. Ally has said he'll go on playing football as long as he can. He may not score 30 goals a season anymore, but the brilliant passes and crosses he takes or gives show his mission's not over yet. With thousands of fans everywhere, he can always rely on a successful TV-career, even when he stops playing. But maybe with a little more tummy than 10 years ago, I can still see the sparkle in his blue eyes.
This year he signed a new one-year deal at Kilie, as his last season was marred by injury. He started the season pretty well, but has now fallen back a little bit. Nevertheless, we are all still behind him!
