ODI Team Ratings - a mathematical approach

These are the ratings that were made for the ICC Trophy, up to 2001. Since then, the structure at the top of the Associate table has changed:

The ICC Trophy of 2005 has seen all matches being classed as A-list, and they are included in that ranking. Meanwhile, the division one has even been upgraded to full ODI status.

Consequently, the division one and two ratings are made of results prior to 2005, and they will be phased out.
