Herman's World Division Five Ratings

In the new WCL structure, division five was first played in May 2008 in Jersey. Two teams from every zone (three from Asia and Europe) competed. The final ranking was: Afghanistan, Jersey, Nepal, USA, Singapore, Botswana, Germany, Mozambique, Norway, Japan, Bahamas, Vanuatu. Afghanistan and Jersey qualified for the fourth division. Guernsey played host to Bahamas and Nepal before the tournament and played both. Those results are included in these ratings:
