VanuatuIn the new WCL structure, division five was first played in May 2008 in Jersey. Two teams from every zone (three from Asia and Europe) competed. The final ranking was: Afghanistan, Jersey, Nepal, USA, Singapore, Botswana, Germany, Mozambique, Norway, Japan, Bahamas, Vanuatu. Afghanistan and Jersey qualified for the fourth division. Guernsey played host to Bahamas and Nepal before the tournament and played both. Those results are included in these ratings:
