Herman's World Division Three Ratings

The ICC trophy of 2001 was the first in which not all teams were playing in the same division. The second division consisted of Argentina, France, Israel, Malaysia, Tanzania, Uganda, Germany, Gibraltar, Namibia and Nepal. The same was true in 2005, when the second division comprised Cayman Islands, Fiji, Italy, Kuwait, Nepal, Papua New Guinea, Qatar and Zambia. Since then, the ICC has decided to cut the groups in half, and this division has become the third (and fourth) division in the World League. The third division played for the first time in 2007 and consisted of Argentina, Cayman Islands, Fiji, Hong Kong, Italy, Papua New Guinea, Tanzania and Uganda. They then played again in 2009, but with only six teams: Afghanistan, Uganda, PNG, Hong Kong, Cayman Islands and Argentina, and most recently in January 2011, with Hong Kong, Papua New Guinea, Oman, Italy, Denmark and the USA.
