The second level of the ratings are first-class International Ratings

I am not such a great fan of One Day matches, but since a much larger number of countries play in this format, they provide an excellent way of showing the different strengths of cricket around the world. One-Day ratings come in several levels :

For the ODI teams there are Herman's ODI Ratings.
ODI Grounds
and an ODI Ranking, based solely on results.
Then there are the Herman's A-list Ratings (RoW)
Then there are special ratings for World League Division One and Two
And here are special ratings for World League Division Two
And here are special ratings for World League Division Three
And here are special ratings for World League Division Four
And here are special ratings for World League Division Five
And here are special ratings for World League Division Six
And here are special ratings for World League Division Seven

Even worse are Twenty-20 matches, but I could not resist making ratings for those as well

In how many countries is cricket being played ? You might be surprised ...
and how are they ranking/playing between 2005 and 2009? and between 2009 and 2013?
