Six nations played in the World Cup Qualifying Series in 2004 in Bermuda. Five countries played in the World Cricket League Americas Division One in 2006 in Canada. (one of the matches there - Canada vs Bermuda - was classed as a full ODI and is not included in these ratings). Six countries played in Fort Lauderdale, USA in November 2008

Championships included (with participants in final order)
The first Central American Championships were played in 2006 in Belize, the second in 2007 in Mexico. Only three countries participated each time, with 2006 champion Belize stepping aside in 2007 to allow El Salvador to compete in the 3-day event. The third edition was in April 2009, with Panama participating for the first time (and winning). This event was held in Twenty20 format, but I put them in the same ratings (with 20 overs counting for 28.3, according to the DL equation)

Tournaments:
The seventh South American Championship was held in Peru in 2007, the sixth one in December 2004 in Chile, but from that one I only have the result of the final. Since this is the only tournament Puerto Rico has played in, this is an interesting result. The eighth championship was held in Brazil in April 2009.
