Division Two

There have been a number of tournaments that were called "African Championships" or "African Cup", the last one in 2004. However, South Africa and Zimbabwe never competed in these, except with "A" or even "X" sides. Kenya competed once, and later also with "A" or "X" sides, and even Namibia sent an "A" side once. The top level of African ratings has to be one without all these sides, and will include the "Associate championship" of 2004 and the "Division 2" of 2006 and 2008
