Snake - a never ending story - Part 2 : Snake II

The bike started living sort of a own life, getting from bad to worse. BUT ... it only looks that way. I got keen on better performance, so I did some work on the engine. Soon the brakes couldn´t handle the extra performance, and then the road holding went down as the speed went up. I had a engine over bored to 800cc, bigger brake disks in front, and some modifications to help the road holding. And of course the aerodynamically designed formula 1 spoiler on the back. Was quite neat to hold the luggage too :)

I redid the engine to gain even more power. It is now over bored to 850cc with higher compression, special cam-shaft, bigger valves, and Mikuni VM34 carbs. I wanted it to look as good as it mechanical side was, so I started changing some stuff. I changed the back end so you could see more of the tire, and made up my own double-bulb backlight, because that is the only thing you´ll get to see when I fly past you!

Though this pic is very dark, I like the side view a lot, it shows the beautiful line of the bike.
