South
Carpathian Mountains, known as Transylvanian
Alps it's a place full of history
and unique environment. Even not as high as the Alps, the
Carpathians are just as beautiful and equally spectacular mountains. The
pure air and the breath-taking landscapes attract in Romania thousands
of tourists every year for skiing, hiking and climbing. Dobra Valley-
located on the bottom of the Cindrel massif contains a small village
called Dobra. The main occupation of the farmers here on this area, has
always been the sheep.
Just
few miles away, two lakes guard the valley and might be the choice for
those of you who want to fish or see the countryside in its entire
splendor. Other tourist opportunities like Magura Monastery are just in
nearby.
