Project management : Handling major accounts (budget around 500.000 €, multiple projects with total budgets exceeding 2 million € , writing of RFP’s and project specs, handling teams of approx 30 people including external resources, writing opportunity analyses for several clients , strict budget control, hiring staff whenever necessary, implementing the company Project methodology and training Junior PM’s
Planning management : Resource planning and tracking by using an ERP system (Evolve), organizing and preparing the planning meetings.
Change Management : Assisting companies in implementing new procedures and applications and taking care of the changes needed within the organization to guarantee a successful implementation. |
