H. coarctata coarctata var. chalwinii ha22

H. coarctata can be distinguished from H. reinwardtii by counting the number of leaves on an equal length of stem: H. coarctata has far fewer leaves on the same length. Don't look at the length of the leaves, the number of tubercles or anything else. There are very small and very large forms of both species. The form chalwinii has its white tubercles neatly ararnged along vertical lines. It can take full sunshine when given ample water in summer and a good drainage.
