|g. pillansii var. pillansii
the 'shark skin' texture of g. pillansii feels no different to me than g. disticha but perhaps my fingertips have lost all sense by stroking too many pillansii's!
of the six or so forms i have of this species, this is one of the best. you are once again looking at a motherplant of cok, mine is still small, but thriving. several forms ofg. pillanssi v. pillansii make copious offsets via underground stolons, but some do that far less (like this one). and i have never been able to reproduce a plant from a leafcutting. i have some g. pillanssi leaves sitting on their bum for over 3 years now...any suggestions?
