Overview of services
Programming of nearly all mobile memory media
We can copy your card images onto memory cards at short notice. Our duplication service is available for the following card types: PC Card, CompactFlash Card, Microdrive, Smart Media, MultiMediaCard, SD Card, miniSD, Memory Stick, Memory Stick PRO or xD-Card.
We guarantee that the data and/or software which you provide us for the duplication service is treated as confidential in accordance with the relevant data protection regulations.
Customizing of Flash memory media
In addition to duplication of card images,we can also customize individual memory cards. For example we can program unique serial numbers or special codes by applying individual software patches to the contents of each card.
In the case of SD Cards,we are able to support the «Security Commands». For example, it is possible to individually encrypt files or music on the cards according to the respective SD Card ID number.
Labeling of memory cards
On request, we can apply custom labels to the memory cards.You can either provide us with your own label design or we can design the label for you. Our in-house facilities for applying labels to the cards are also suitable for large batches.
Inserting memory cards into jewel cases and blister packs
We can also insert each memory card into a jewel case, which provides good protection against dirt and damage during transport and storage.
In addition to our standard blister packs, we can supply custom blister designs and/or conventional packaging. Here too,we can provide you with a packaging design service in addition to the production process.
To take an example, memory cards packed in standard blisters with a custom inlay can be packaged within 10 working days after receiving your go-ahead.
Examples of services
Custom labels can be applied to the front of Full Metal Cards, PC Cards, CompactFlash Cards, Multi-MediaCards, SD Cards and some types of PC Card Adapter. Custom labels can also be applied to the rear of Full Metal Cards.

Supply of memory cards
We can supply you with un-labeled memory cards from our standard range at the best possible prices.
Duplication of the memory cards
We produce an image from your master card which is then duplicated onto the memory cards.
Label design and production
You provide us with a ready-to-print digital layout for the cards.We then produce a 2-color label on white polyester foil to your specifications.
Label application
The labels are glued to the memory cards using our in-house production facilities.
Jewel Case
The cards are inserted into jewel cases of transparent plastic to protect against dirt and damage.
Blister packs
This calculation example assumes that you have specifed a standard blister pack without inlay cards.
