FAQ’s:

Q: What type of antlers are used for your creations?
A: We use the antlers that were shed by the red deer (Cervus Elaphus) and to a lesser extent by the fallow deer (Cervus Dama). We find them mostly in Scotland and Tjechia. The antlers from Tjechia have a dark colour and because of their size, are ideal for making tables, upright lamps, chairs, seats, bigger chandeliers… The Scottish antlers are smaller and of a lighter colour. We use them for smaller chandeliers, table lamps, wall lamps, even cutlery and certain other kitchen utensils. We take care of always having enough antlers in stock to answer to the specific wishes of the customer.

Q: Can we only order the designs from the website?
A: Not at all, more than 90% of our articles are custom made. Moreover, as no two antlers are identical, all our creations are unique.

Q: Is the electrical wiring visible?
A: The electricity runs through the center of the antlers.

Q: Are the antlers glued together?
A: No, we use screws and bolts to make a solid construction. The heads of the screws are sunken and filled with a special paste, enabling us to imitate the colour and structure of the antlers, almost to perfection.

Q: What is the delivery term?
A: On average, we take 4 to 6 weeks to deliver, depending on the other orders in queue. We strive to deliver as quickly as possible, but one must take into account our modus operandi.
We carefully need to pick out the individual antlers for your design, prepare the antlers for their specific purpose, and carefully put the creation together. As this is done with a minimum of machinery, the work is labour-intensive. However, if need be, for an extra fee of 25%, we can give your design the absolute priority.

Q: How is payment organized?
A: We charge a non-refundable advance of 30% for each new design. Payments can be done by bank transfer (IBAN, BIC code …………), with all bank charges paid by the principal.
The rest of the amount can be paid before shipment or at pick-up.

Q: How is the delivery organized?
A: Most of our customers pick up the design themselves, offering us a chance to exchange ideas and show the work space.
For sendings within the BENELUX, we use the services of ABEX, including insurance (damage, non-delivery). All charges to be paid by the receiver of the goods.

Upon request, we can use other methods of delivery.
