Here is the whole package. It's kind of big, so hopefully it'll send correctly. It contains the VisualBoyAdvance emulater, all its important files, the ROM and corresponding save state. You should use the emulater inside to play it, as I'm not sure if other versions and such will load the save state. I personally couldn't get actual save files to work on my GBA emulater for some reason, so you'll have to manually load the state provided.

To get to Pacifica, just take the jet ski and go around to the left side of the lake and up the waterfall (where there used to just be a banana bird cave or two). Enjoy your strange new overworld and butchered music!
