More stats have been updated including all the individual 1st XI career batting, bowling and fielding stats over the past 30 years!
The 2013 fixtures for the 1sts, 2nds, 3rds, 4ths and midweek are available thanks to Dean McDonald.
The club dinner and awards will be held at the clubrooms on Friday 1st February.
The club has re-opened after major renovation works!
Also updated are the fifties and 50+ partnerships. This includes the 102 record partnership for the 9th wicket by Dee Moore and Ricky Wilson versus Armagh. Ricky's 64 at the Castle was the only fifty scored there. Indeed there were only 5 fifties all season, compared with 17 in 2011.
The caps stats have been updated. Brian Kelso leads the way with more than 500 appearances followed by Davy Greenlees on 411 and Brian Boyd on 352. This season, Johnnie Irons moved up to 7th on the all-time list with 168 and Mark Shields now lies 10th after reaching 161. A new edition is the number of caps per year for those with 100 caps or more. See Statto's Corner.
A new edition to the stats page shows the 1st XI playing record against each opponent 1983-2012
Check out the 1sts Complete playing record by type of match and venue 1983-2012. Although we've won 284 versus 289 losses, that's largely because of our poor record in the few seasons we spent in Section One (22% wins) and in the Senior Cup (15% wins). Our record in the Junior Cup (77% wins) and Section Two (58% wins) is much healthier. Our home/away record over the years is very similar. Hydepark was a bit of a fortress with a 63% win ratio.
Thanks to Brian Kelso, the 2012 season's averages for 1sts, 2nds, 3rds and 4ths have been uploaded. Lots more career averages and stats to come.
