[+] In short: what we do
(see services) Our team of engineers is at your service, located throughout the country to perform tasks you defined in advance: I (Install) - Installation of new equipment. M (Move) - Moving computers. A (Add) - Adding items (hardware or software) + on-site or off-site. C (Change) - Parts replacement or module swaps. D (Dispose) - Recycling equipment and waste treatment.
[+] You sell and / or manage
You manage a huge array of machines for your company's various departments or for external clients. Whether it's computers and peripherals, installation of security measures, payment terminals, cash registers, or telephone equipment, users cannot work today without these devices. To protect these users from any potential problems, you would like to provide them with an affordable maintenance service with a guaranteed rapid response (same day, the next day). If such a service was a luxury a few years ago, today it has become essential.
[+] Why Techswap?
- To reduce costs, such as maintenancemaintenance. - To optimize your existing skills with a higher added value - To outsource costs - To help you focus on your core business
[+] Our goal is to provide a service tailored to your needs
You give us specific missions previously defined in a detailed document (Service Level Agreement). We perform the appointed task at your customers / users on your behalf. And thanks to our advanced logistics and IT system, we organize the missions in the most efficient way possible. Our regional dispatching centres and teams of local engineers allow us to intervene within a timeframe (2h, 4h, 8h, 24h, etc.) defined by you. We are available throughout Belgium and Luxembourg 24/7. Our engineers receive special training for each specific procedure to ensure the delivery is of the highest standards and efficiency. And, if necessary, training can be organized by your own services. Our organization adapts to your needs, not the other way around.
[+] The high quality of our service is our prime concern
Continuous improvement of our tools and systems is necessary in order to adapt to changes in your business, and your market. We promote transparency and the exchange of ideas with our customers because the joint analysis of potential improvements is a source of expertise and additional quality. If you need new or additional services, we will study the issue with you to assess if the skills are available or can be acquired. We analyze the costs and potential savings in a spirit of partnership. At Techswap, whether we are managers or technicians, we all believe in simple solutions tailored to real needs and our customers' practices because serving our customers is our priority. This is our strength because we rely on our experience to maintain relationships with customers on the long term.
[+] Recycling
Recycling for greener planetRecycling is now a must, not only on the individual level, but at the level of companies. All market sectors are trying to reduce carbon emissions, unnecessary use of plastic packaging, from food packaging to recycled paper. But what about the constantly evolving digital world which needs constant updating and replacing? At Techswap, with our fully automated and digital management system, we bypass recycling. We are indeed a truly paperless company. As for recycling itself: we recycle all the packaging of every equipment we install. We sort it by type of raw material: plastic, cardboard, cd, polystyrene, etc. We recycle everything according to different recycling chains. Recycling can also mean "second life": we either try to sell the old equipment or give it away to schools or send it to developing countries.
