First Communal Council Closed!
The First Communal Council (often said to be evil) has been closed. It had killed our activity, since it needed the assembly to be closed, and no assembly means no legislative activity, treaties, or overheated discussions whatsoever.

The First Communal Council was an idea by Philip Locke, who proposed to reform Feianova into an Anarcho-syndicalist commune. Therefore he proposed the Common Principles and the First Communal Council act, which would clear the way for a reformation of government (or a deformation ;) ). Unfortunately, he went inactive due to real life stuff just after the council was created. This created a few problems, under which inactivity. Luckily, we quickly worked through the agenda so the the Assembly could be reopened yesterday.

The First Communal Council wasn't evil completely though; ok, it killed our activity (or almost), but it has turned Feianova into a nation with a meaning. Read Locke's post on this here.

Pacary Remembrance Day
The 8th of February, it will be one Pacarian year ago that Pacary gave up its independence. Sander Dieleman, founder and former chancellor, plans to hold a remembrance day occasion in Feianova (don't i like talkin bout myself in 3rd singular ;) ). A forum will propably be created in Pacary style (the Pacary layout, that is), if there is no objection to that.

Everyone will be invited to participate in the discussion at that forum. Some topics are already planned, fe. The Pacarian Military, the language, the nation's abrupt end, and some rather interesting stuff i'm not gonna mention here yet, so that everyone will be curious and come pay a visit :). Everyone is welcome to post speeches, polls, and other topics, of course.

Short News
- Feianova has a new board layout, inspired on the Communal Voice one. Opinions here.

- There's lots of new guidelines (NOT legislation ;) ) at the Assembly, but lets be careful and not drown in it. Please do actively participate, we need it. By the way, foreigners comments are always welcome.

- The Kingdom of Ayllu, Troy Thompson's Inca themed micronation, has had its first lottery. Prince Kieran won 100,000 Qoris (their currency I assume). Also, Ayllu is planning on disposing of 15,000,000 Qoris to provide some relief to the high inflation.

- I've been appointed as the minister of culture and education in Baracão (ego alarm). Baracão is also recovering from its inactivity problems. Let's hope Dafydd returns soon.

- The ICEO seems to have gone silent again, after a brief return of dStryker, the micronational economics god.

- Does the Communal Voice need a quotes section? Vote here.

- Babkha and Baracão have been talking about an open university project.. promises to be interesting.

- I know this short news section is way too long, but i didn't find anything you can really write a big article about, sorry.
