The INCAP Bureau is run by two Belgian Anthropologists, specialised in Indology.

Steven : graduated from the University of Leuven, Department for Social & Cultural Anthropology (June 1999). Completed the 2 years cycle (in 1 year!) in Social & Political Sciences at the Faculty of Social Sciences (June 1994). Graduated in Social Agogy at the Erasmus Institute Brussels (June 1993)

Isabelle : graduated from the University of Leuven, Department for Social & Cultural Anthropology (June 1999). Completed the 2 years cycle in Social & Political Sciences at the Faculty of Social Sciences (June 1996). Graduated in Orthopedagogy at the Higher Institute for Psycho-Social Education Kortrijk.
