To find the exact uniform pattern for the British WW1 or Australian WW1 nurse it was very hard.
The most frequent or most possible uniforms are our standards.

The story goes that British nurses didn't want to be associated with the Australian "peasant" girls. They were British ladies.
That's why British nurse distinguished theirselfs from the Australian nurse by wearing a grey - red cape.
