This strange release, although pressed in the USA, was released in Germany.
It has the Mono reference CL2372, as well as a STEREO 9172 reference. It actually is STEREO.
Both labels are completely covered by a blue sticker that says
"AUS WARENRECHTLICHEN GRÜNDEN MUSS DIESES ETIKET ÜBERKLEBT WERDEN"
(= "for copyright reasons, this label has to be hidden")
