Hash Scribes

This is the scribe section where the hare(s) get the chance to discover what hashers really thought about their run (at least from the scribes perspective). If you don't like the assessment - get your own back and write a scribe. As Rory says below, if you write a scribe please include details of the weather.

The hash scribes have now been split into more manageable groups (per quarter) as the list was getting a bit long.

As part of our ceaseless efforts to provide outstanding service to The Brussels Hash (BRUH3), we are resurrecting Hash write-ups. These were a feature for many years, but recently, like some hashers, fell by the wayside. The write-ups will be an opportunity to applaud any particularly imaginative innovations layers introduce, to welcome new members, to show absentees what they missed and to keep a rough record of turnout. All après gossip will be treated on a strictly off the record, confidential basis, unless the Hash Scribe deems it worthy of wider circulation.

The trigger for resurrecting the write-ups was pulled a long time ago by Bertie at the Hash he laid in July 2008, just two days before his 76th birthday. As we drank and munched away in glorious sunshine, he posited the theory that Saturday afternoons in and around Brussels invariably enjoyed good weather. The write-ups will put that to the test. The Hash Scribe enjoys no monopoly. Anyone who has the urge should feel free to contribute.
