You are most welcome in the peaceful
accommodation of Boda. A small paradise surrounded by hills,
fields and woods at the top of the typical Ardennes village of Heyd.
There is accommodation for 1 to 18 persons in the old farmhouse and
the petit chalet with all the facilities. There is even a beautiful
large hall of 60 m2, for your reunions, courses and seminars. For more

Heyd is part of worlds smallest town Durbuy,
a strong attraction in the environment of nature. Moreover Boda is
placed between the remains of Belgians largest megalithic centre made
out of the rare "pudding" stone. Only 1,5 hours drive from
Brussels and Antwerp you are in the green heart of Europe.
Gerard Blacquière and Netty van Velsen welcome you. They are also
offering opportunity for
meditation, dance, and percussion. You will love the sauna, the garden
with a tipi and playgrounds for the children. It has received the
green- and the panda labels.
The farmhouse
This guesthouse has the atmosphere of an small Ardennes farm with
comfort for 13 guests. There are five double room and one triple, all with
a sink and heated with radiators. In total 12 single beds and 1 large
bed. There are tree douches, two toilets and an urinal, a small
salon, a dining room with woodstove and an equipped kitchen. There is
and cd player but no television, we think you don't need it here. There are chairs and tables for enjoying the
large garden.
The
petit chalet
A cozy small house in a large garden. Very suitable for a family,
friends etc. up to 4 to 5 persons. Heated with a convector and a woodstove. There is
a bedroom with a large bed and a children's bed, a small attic room with
two beds, and a large sofa-bed in the living, a equipped kitchenette
and a bathroom. There are chairs and tables for enjoying the large garden.
The hall
A beautiful high room with many windows viewing the green surrounding
and a large woodstove for fine warmth in the winter days. The nice
chestnut floor of 60m2 is suitable for around 18 persons. The building
is 20 meters far from the other houses and situated near a well at the
roots of an old willow.
The garden and
surrounding
You can enjoy the 8000m2 garden, near the woods at
320 meters height, overviewing the landscape. There are terraces for
your activities and facilities to sit and eat outside.
You are in the paradise for hikers, for long or short distance walks
along the dolmens and menhirs. There are museums, castles, grottoes, outdoor activities, old trains, restaurants, lovely villages and shops
nearby. In five minutes walk there is an indoor swimming pool.

The last mentioned price is at schoolholidays.
With renting the farmhouse, the hall rent is 40 euro per day, 100 for
a weekend.
The price is inclusive water and exclusive energy costs. Tourist tax 0.90 p.p.p.n.
You can bring your own bedding or rent it for 7 € for a single and
11 € for a large bed.
The cleaning costs 65 euro for the farmhouse and 25 for the chalet and
15 for the hall.
The deposit is 350 euro for the farmhouse and 175 for the chalet. To be
transferred together with the rent. Within 3 weeks it will be returned
on your account minus the costs.
Cancelationfee: 35% before two month of your arrival, 50%
before one month after this 100%.
Some notes
Smoking outside, no pads, arrival between 16 and 18 hours and
departure before 11 am (Sunday 17 p.m.).
What you can take with you: good walkingshoes, houseshoes, towels, and
bedding and for the frogs in the pool: soap and shampoo bio-degradable.
Transport
By car: go to Liege and follow E25 direction Luxembourg. After 40 km
south to Liege take 48Bis Harre. Follow the sign Harre. Trough Harre
direction Deux Rys. After Deux Rys follow sign Heyd. In the village
Heyd at the crossroad left. At a T left again (Rowe de Remoleu) after
50 meters right and after 100 meters you are a Rideû 18.
If you are coming from elsewhere go to Barvaux and from the station
you follow the sign Heyd.
Train: Liege Guillemins and from there direction Jemelle,
descending in Bomal. You can phone us to collect you 13 euro per
