As this last table demonstrates, basing a judgment on volume can be misleading. See the
classification difference between the volumes traded in equities and futures vs. actual premiums
volumes.
The WFE does not provide all data, but I prefer (in any case) a Dollar weighted stat: that's where
the money is!
An organization as the London Bullion Market Association is not a bourse, hence not in the
