• ancienne belgique (ab) one of the finest places in brussels. with "zaal" for popular bands, "club" for the underground and "box" for those in between.
• botanique the french equivalent of the ab. equivalent here means the same but with more money. with more but smaller halls (check out le rotonde!), a library, a museum, a park, this looks like a true palace.
• cultuurcentrum mechelen thanks to these people sometimes a good band comes to mechelen.
• hallen van schaarbeek quite expensive concerts of more expensive bands.
• hof ter loo apart from a lot of shitty goth metal, this place often hosts cool rock bands like jsbx and the datsuns.
• lintfabriek small club, mainly punk and rock bands play here. home of the great orange black.
• singel not a lot of pop/rock music here (apart from the festival de nachten). nice place for classical music, jazz, theater, dance etc. though.
