Biography

Rawhide is
going into its 36th year of
existence and has been renowned in Europe for
stretching the boundaries of bluegrass towards other styles of music such as
barbershop, classical, swing and pop.
Their live
shows combine a variety of tasteful instrumental and vocal music with lots of
humour, both during and between the songs.
A show with
Rawhide is always special and different than with any other bluegrass band. With
Rawhide you can expect the unexpected.

Chapeau
voor Rawhide!
Afgelopen zaterdag mochten wij met jullie samen optreden in het zeer
gastvrije hotel de Vianden in Luxemburg en hebben genoten van jullie
geweldige performance welke niet alleen muzikaal maar ook qua
interactie met het publiek een bijzondere happening was. Naast jullie
prachtige harmonieuze zang brengen jullie het repertoire met een
bepaalde onderkoelde humor die bij het publiek en ook bij ons heel goed
werkt. Wij hebben heel veel plezier gehad en ook onze jamsessie die wij
later samen als toegift gaven, was er een om nooit te vergeten. Wij
kijken al weer uit naar een volgende gelegenheid om met jullie te
kunnen gaan optreden!

onvergetelijke avond. Iedereen heeft genoten, jullie ook denk ik.
Jullie komen zeker een keer terug voor een avondvullend optreden. Ik
vertel anderen dat je beter naar een optreden van Rawhide kunt gaan als
naar bijv. De Nieuwe Snaar. Wat een humor, vaart en vakmanschap. Ik doe
mijn best dat jullie elders voor een of meer optredens worden geboekt.
