Michaëla was the Agnetha from Army Of Lovers. She worked as a model in Camilla Thulin's modeling agency.

Before she started with Army Of Lovers she lived in Los Angeles for having more career-opportunities. Michaëla owned a jewelry company called De La Cour Entertainment. In almost every picture of her she wears her jewelry and it always got a reference in the booklets.

She replaced La Camilla in 1991 and got replaced by La Camilla in 1995. She left cause her ideas didn't combine with the Army Of Lovers image. In April-May 1998 she caused a controverse by saying that she had an affair with Academy Award winner Emma Thompson. Emma Thompson wasn't pleased with that. In an interview for the 51st moviefestival in Cannes she found out that one of the reporters came from Sweden: "I've never felt so insulted. I went to Sweden for the promotion of 'The Winter guest', and in the magazine 'See and hear' was the story about me having a wild lovenight with a Swedish blondine. No-one bothered to ask me if it was true.". Emma didn't say any names, but it has to be Michaëla. Emma threatened with a lawsuit and Michaëla confessed that it was all made up. Michaëla said that she was forced to tell the story because of a dangerous stalker. It never came up to court.

In 1996 she released a calender and she played in a small sitcom. Michaëla recorded a single called 'Rumours and lies', and recorded a clip for it. You can download a small part of it if you click on her picture. As far as I know, the single was never released. Same story in 2000 with the single 'SOS'. It's an uptempo, and very commercial song - but it's a definitely must-have for Army Of Lovers fans. It never got released, unfortunately - but there are promo-copies going around. I wonder if this release has got anything to do with the rumours about Army Of Lovers come-back? When she was asked to participate in the resurrection she answered no. Main reason: Dominika and Alexander aren't the best rolemodels for youth, and she is a teacher after all... . The same reason for her departure, but even than I was doubtful about the honesty of that reason.
