The surplus of honey will be taken away  from the bees by the beekeeper and he will replace this by a sugarsolution. Plants can not change places to further the race.Therefor they  lure with colourful and aromatic flowers in all forms the honeybee, who with there tight fur, looking for nectar carry the pollen from the one flower to the other from the same race (pollination).

After pollination follows fertilizing and they can make seeds, fruits and berries. This way of working ensure the continued  existence of a lot of wild flowers and plants as:  alder buckthorn,buckthorn, cranberry, sourberry but also ornamental plants like snowberry, dwarf medlar and mahonie. At there turn seeds and berries are food for the birds and other animals.Our woods, parcs, roadsides in a word our environment will be the better.

Honeybees are producing enzymes that allow the bees to convert the sugars in the nectar into sugars who are easier to digest for our body than whitesugar. For sportsman and recovering people honey supplies promply and immediate energy.....On average honey contains 38% fructose, 31% dextrose, 10% other sugars and 17% water. Alongside honey contains 4 % valuable substances like enzymen, vitamins, sours, hormones,  bacteria inhibitors, hydrogen peroxide,  pollengranules and minerals like phosphorus, manganese, iron and copper. The natural smell and tastesubstance coming from the flowers give each honey its own character. Limehoney for exampel has a ligt minttaste. Honey works, by regular consumption, resistance raising, inflamation inhibitor and is healthfull for digestion and blood circulation. Honey can be procesed in numerous dishes, candies, honeysoap, cosmetics, beers and liqours. You can make a very good honeywine "mead". Mead  tastes like champagne.
