4 big boys born on 10 october

Voodoo was mated in april 2001 in Germany by Johnsen v Roten Schopf. The timing seemed good and Johnsen did his very best for his first love, but to our great regret ultrasound showed nothing... The only explanation we can find is that the weather changed suddenly in the second week from rainy cold to tropical hot. Maybe Voodoo decided that it was not the right moment to have puppys... Who knows ? We had the intention to give it a second chance. Unfortunately Voodoo' s heat started to soon and Johnsen was not back home yet from his holidays.

So we decided for a young Belgian male and really hoped that he will give us the so long hoped for puppys. This time Voodoo must have raised like a rocket in good 1 day from below 4 till 15.6 nan. prog. and we lost almost another day to get to the stud, due to all kind of problems. We knew we surely needed a lot of luck ...

Mating on 10 august almost immediatly after her arrival

BUT her belly seemed to grow ?!?
And yes, vetvisit on 5 september confirmed that she IS pregnant !!!
