As you can see, this version of Close Combat is "playing" at the Belgian Ardennes (Also known as The Battle of the Bulge). More specific, the Germans last try to push the Allies back with their operation "Wacht am Rhein"

Although It isn't played a lot in the CC community, I like this version as well (the reason is obvious I think, me being Belgian). The reason why it isn't played so much you wonder? My guess is that it has to do with the fact that you can't choose your units in the Battle Groups
