Kotar is a tactical training range for weapon training. It's not an airbase but charts for this are published as VFR patterns are flown for weapon deliveries.

charts for the japanese airbase. We know it can't be Kadena and
we renamed it Fukuoka but upon closer examination, it
can't be it either. Anyway, that location doesn't match any known
location of JASDF airbase.

IRL, approaches are only made from the South to avoid overflying
Seoul. I added offset tacan approaches from the North to compensate
for the dumbness of ATC.

charts Kimpo Intl (RKSS) 30th
March 2010 |
Kimpo in BMS has been completely redone with a real layout. I further modified both ILS 14 approaches as it was previously using an ARC DME at extreme range of Suwon tacan. This is now replaced by a more standard Arc dme from Kimpo. This allows to intercept the ILS further away than before and make the approach safer.
