By using specialised
moulding techniques and tool design, DDTEQ is able to
form strong casings
with complex shapes, including side cores and under-cut
sections, which are not so easily acceptable
in other processes. Drastic changes in cros-sections can be tolerated. Typical
wall sections for
desk-top applications would be 6mm (although locally down to 2-3mm), increasing
to 8-12mm for
very large and for portable applications.
